If your visa is still valid when you return they might not grant you another one. (Otherwise people could just “emigrate” by crossing the border for a day every few weeks.) Speak to the Thai embassy. You can get a 60 day visa in 2 days.

You need to get a multiple entry visa from a Thai embassy in the UK.
When you go to Vietnam/Cambodia you will need to get an exit visa at the border point or airport. Always carry 6 passport photo’s with you, you need them for exit and entry visa.

You don’t get a visa you are visa exempt for 30 days if you arrive by air into Thailand. If you arrive at one of the border crossings you will be visa exempt for 15 days. So it depends on how you plan to travel when you go to Vietnam and Cambodia. This change started in Dec 08.
